Yes. The hotel is set up for families, with a playroom for younger guests, seasonally heated pools and a game room on site. Rooms have space for parents and kids, and the free shuttles to select theme parks make Universal days easier without needing a car.

Orlando is warm all year round. There are many relatively warm and dry days in the winter, which is why trips to amusement parks are especially popular during this time of year, but the weather here is also pleasantly warm in both spring and fall. Since summers can be hot and humid, with frequent thunderstorms in the afternoon, it’s best to visit amusement parks early in the morning and spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.

Plenty. The hotel has a gym and fitness facilities, a game room and a playroom for kids, plus a golf course nearby for a swing between park days. Free shuttles run to select theme parks, and Magical Midway and iFly Orlando are both a short walk from the door.
