The setting
The Club Tuana Fethiye Club is on the Turquoise Coast, about 10 km from the centre of Fethiye, surrounded by a pine forest near Marmaris National Park. It offers guests a peaceful and green setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being within easy reach of town. Guests without their own car can take a taxi or a local dolmuş (shared taxi) to Fethiye Harbour, the bazaar, and the restaurants along the waterfront.
What to expect
This 5-star resort, whose main attractions are the pool and the sea, features a spa, a sauna, a steam room, and massage rooms where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the fitness centre, tennis courts, and table tennis tables. Several restaurants and bars are open throughout the day, and thanks to the kids’ club, playroom, and children’s pool, family members can go about their separate activities as needed.
Things to do nearby
The resort is located between the Mediterranean Sea and pine-covered mountains and is the perfect base for peaceful walks. Fethiye itself is a short drive away for the working harbour, weekly market and fish restaurants along the front. Boat trips out to the bays and islands of the Gulf of Fethiye leave from the town marina, a good half-day out.
Best for
Families and couples after a warm-water beach week with plenty on tap: swimming pools, a water park, snorkelling and diving, tennis, mini golf and a spa. Children are well looked after with a kids club, playroom, playground, children's pool and kids' TV channels. Good for guests who want the resort's own facilities plus the option to visit the Marmaris National Park.
How to get to the hotel
The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport, located about a 45–50-minute drive west along the coast. You can also book a private transfer when making your reservation. Another option is Antalya Airport, located about a 3.5-hour drive away, if you’d like to combine your trip to Fethiye with a tour of the entire Turkish Riviera. Since the hotel has on-site parking, renting a car is no problem even for guests planning day trips to Ölüdeniz or the national park.

A week, loosely planned
Suggestions, not orders. Tour ideas to mix and match for your trip.
Arrival and first swim
Upon arrival at Dalaman Airport, take the shuttle bus that runs along the coast and check in at your own pace. Take a stroll around the hotel grounds to check out the pool, the beach, the bar, and the restaurants where you’d like to have dinner. Put on your swimsuits and spend about an hour relaxing by the sea or at the main pool. After dinner at a restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy a leisurely stroll at dusk under the pine trees, and go to bed early.
Beach day and sundowners
Claim a lounger early and give the day over to the shore. Swim, read, snooze, repeat. Try a snorkel session off the beach to see what's down there, then break the afternoon with a long lunch at one of the resort's restaurants. Late in the day, head to the bar for a cold drink as the light softens over the water and the pine-covered hills behind you.
Fethiye harbour and market
Take a taxi or dolmus about 10 km along the coast to Fethiye. Take a stroll along the harbour, watch the gulets being loaded for day trips, and then head inland to the bazaar to buy spices, textiles, and Turkish de sweets. Have lunch at a café near the waterfront and take another stroll along the waterfront before heading back. Wander the evening at the resort, taking a swim in the sea or enjoying a cozy dinner.
Water park and pool games
Treat your kids (or yourself) to a day full of fun at a water park or by the pool. Give the morning, while it’s still cool, enjoy the water slides to the fullest, and after lunch, you can either head to the beach or relax on a lounge chair in the shade. Late in the afternoon, when the heat subsides, you can play table tennis or tennis. And round out the day with a cozy dinner and a cocktail while enjoying the evening entertainment.
Marmaris National Park walks
Spend the morning in Marmaris National Park. Follow one of the pine-shaded paths down towards a quiet cove, take a dip where the water is clear and calm, and picnic on a rock in the shade. Head back for a shower and a spa session in the afternoon — a sauna, steam bath and massage will sort out any walking-related aches before dinner.
Diving or snorkelling day
Join a diving tour or a longer snorkeling excursion and enjoy Fethiye Bay to the fullest. Thanks to the warm, crystal-clear sea and rocky coral reefs, there’s plenty to discover even in shallow waters. Once back on shore, you can rinse off and then enjoy a cozy lunch on the terrace. In the afternoon, you can play a round of mini-golf or simply relax by the pool and get ready for another cozy dinner.
Boat trip around the bays
Book a one-day cruise from the port of Fethiye and enjoy the view of the coastline from the sea. On the popular “12 Islands'” route, you’ll leisurely sail through coves surrounded by pine forests and can stop to swim in coves with bright turquoise water. Lunch is usually prepared right on board. Late in the afternoon, you’ll return to the harbour—sun-kissed and with the scent of the sea in your hair. It’s the perfect time to take a shower, have a cocktail at the bar, and, to round out the day, take a stroll along the coast.

FAQ
Is Club Tuana Fethiye good for families with young children?
Yes. The resort features a kids’ club, a playroom, a children’s playground, a separate children’s pool, and children’s TV channels, so the hotel offers a wide range of entertainment for the little ones while their parents relax at the spa, by the pool, or on the beach.
What's there to do on site besides the beach?
Plenty. There's a water park, water sport facilities, snorkelling and diving, plus sports facilities including a tennis court, table tennis, mini golf and a fitness centre. The spa adds a sauna, steam bath and massage room for slower afternoons.
When is the best time to visit Fethiye?
The time of your trip—from late July through August—is peak season on the Turquoise Coast. Although the weather here is consistently hot and dry, the sea water is pleasantly warm, and twilight lasts a long time. Be sure to bring sunscreen with a high SPF, and it’s best to plan outdoor activities for the morning or late evening to avoid the midday heat.
Can guests walk into Fethiye town from the hotel?
Since the distance to the city centre is about 10 km, it’s not realistic to walk that far. Most guests take a taxi or a local shared taxi (“dolmuş”) to get to the port, the market, or the restaurants along the waterfront. If you’d like to drive a rental car, parking spaces are available on the hotel grounds.
Is there much nature around the hotel?
Yes. The resort is famous for its pine forests, hiking trails, and quiet coves along the coast. Between trips to the beach, it’s nice to take a walk in the shade of the trees or go for a swim in the crystal-clear, calm waters a short distance from the main beach.
