Arrival and a first look at Bodrum
Upon arrival at Milas-Bodrum Airport, take your pre-booked shuttle to get to the hotel. Once you’ve dropped off your luggage and changed into comfortable clothes, head straight to the pool to shake off the fatigue from your flight. Then head down to town for an early dinner at one of the restaurants near the marina, and then walk back along the coastal road, past Kumbahce Beach. Don’t overexert yourself—you still have a whole week ahead of you.
Bodrum Beach and old town lanes
You’ll spend the morning at the beach in Bodrum, where you can go for a swim, read a book, or have a cup of coffee at a café set back from the sandy beach. After lunch, you’ll stroll through the narrow streets of the Old Town with its white-washed houses, pop into small shops, and treat yourself to some ice cream. Late in the afternoon, you’ll return to the hotel to relax by the pool, and when the heat subsides, you’ll head into town to enjoy dinner.
Spa day and tennis at the hotel

Castle, museum and market browsing
This morning, you’ll visit the castle in Bodrum and the Museum of Underwater Archaeology located inside it. It’s best to head out early, before it gets too hot. Then you can take a leisurely stroll through the streets around the harbour, browse the shops and small galleries, and have lunch at a shady café. Give the afternoon, you’ll return to the pool, and in the evening you’ll enjoy a cozy dinner in town, where you’ll have plenty of mezze to sample.
Peninsula day trip
Rent a car for the day or take a taxi tour of the peninsula. Enjoy a leisurely lunch by the sea in Gümüşlük or visit the elegant marina in Yalıkavak. Go for a swim wherever the sea looks especially beautiful, and head back along the coastal road at sunset.
