Swandor Topkapi Palace 🕌 All-inclusive Antalya escape
Palace-style design, private beach and family pools 🌊
Why we love it
The setting
Swandor Topkapi Palace sits on the Kundu strip in Aksu, the run of big beachfront resorts east of Antalya. The address does two useful things: the beach is on the doorstep, and Antalya Airport is 11.3 km away, so the transfer is short enough that the holiday doesn't open with a long coach ride. Antalya's old town is further out, around 11.8 km, for the day you want streets instead of sun loungers. The resort takes its name and its look from Topkapı Palace in Istanbul — the buildings are styled after an Ottoman palace, spread across wide grounds rather than stacked into a tower. There are 908 rooms over six floors, which tells you the scale. This is a resort you settle into, not a small hotel you pass through.
What to expect
Ultra all-inclusive here means the wallet mostly stays in the room: buffet meals, snacks through the day and drinks at the bars are all covered, with a snack bar and a poolside bar filling the gaps. The water side is the real draw. There's an aquapark with slides, a large outdoor pool, a seasonal indoor pool and a separate children's pool, plus the beach itself. Rooms keep it simple — TV, minibar, an in-room safe, room service if you want it. Away from the water you'll find a gym, tennis, bowling and an evening entertainment programme. The spa and its massage treatments sit slightly apart from all that: both are charged separately rather than rolled into the all-inclusive band. A sauna and hammam round out the same wellness area. Reception covers English, German and Russian, around the clock.
Things to do nearby
This stretch of coast is golf country. Tat Golf is the closest at 4.9 km, with National, Antalya and a handful of others within a short drive, so a round is easy to arrange through the hotel. For something the whole family will want, Aquapark Troy is about 15.8 km away if the on-site slides aren't enough. Düden Park, 12 km off, is worth the trip for the Lower Düden falls, which drop straight off a cliff into the sea. Antalya's walled old town, Kaleiçi, is the obvious half-day out: harbour views, cobbled streets and a change from the resort routine.
Best for
This suits families and couples who want a holiday that runs itself — meals sorted, an aquapark and pools on site, entertainment laid on, the beach a walk away. The all-inclusive band does the planning for you. It's less of a fit for travellers who want to be out exploring every day, or who prefer a small, quiet hotel. The scale here is part of the point, and most guests come to stay put rather than commute into Antalya.

A week, loosely planned
Suggestions, not orders. Tour ideas to mix and match for your trip.
Arrival and the lay of the land
Check-in is from 14:00, so the first afternoon is for finding your feet: where the pools are, where the buffet sits, how the all-inclusive wristband works. Get the kids into the water early to burn off the travel. Eat at the main buffet, see what the evening entertainment is, and call it a night without planning anything. Day one is just settling in.
Aquapark and pools
Give a full day to the reason you booked a resort like this. The aquapark and the outdoor pool will hold most of the family for hours; the seasonal indoor pool is the fallback if the wind picks up. Stake out loungers early in summer, since they go fast. Break for lunch at the snack bar, then trade the slides for the beach in the afternoon.
Antalya old town
Time for a change of scene. Kaleiçi, Antalya's walled old town, is a short drive west: cobbled lanes, Ottoman houses, a Roman gateway, and a small marina at the bottom of the hill. It works as an easy half-day, morning or late afternoon to dodge the heat. Back at the resort for dinner and the evening show.
Düden waterfalls
Düden Park, around 12 km away, makes a good morning out. The Lower Düden falls drop off a cliff straight into the sea, and the clifftop gardens are an easy walk. Boat trips run past the falls from Antalya harbour if you'd rather see them from the water. Afternoon back by the pool.
Ancient ruins: Side and Aspendos
Worth one bigger day east along the coast. Aspendos has one of the best-preserved Roman theatres anywhere, still used for performances today. Side pairs ruins with a beach town: temple columns above the sea, shops and cafés through the old quarter. Most hotels can book this as a guided trip, which saves the driving.
Last morning
Check-out is at noon. Use the morning for a final swim and a long breakfast rather than anything ambitious. If you've got a late flight, ask reception about leaving bags after check-out so the last few hours can still be poolside. The airport is only 11.3 km away, so the run back is short.

FAQ
What does Ultra All-Inclusive cover?
It covers most of what you'd want through the day: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks between meals, and drinks at the bars, the poolside and snack bars included. A few things sit outside the band. The spa, hammam and massage treatments are charged separately. 'Ultra' packages can vary by season, so it's worth confirming your exact rate at booking.
How far is the hotel from Antalya Airport?
Antalya Airport is 11.3 km away, a short drive from the resort. The hotel runs an airport shuttle; a private transfer or a taxi covers the same run if you'd rather go direct. The Kundu strip sits close enough to the airport that you can be at the pool not long after you land, which is half the appeal of basing yourself here.
Is there much for kids to do?
Plenty. There's a kids' club, a playroom, an outdoor playground, and a children's pool that keeps the little ones away from the deep end. The aquapark slides cover the older kids, and babysitting can be arranged if the adults want an evening off. Family rooms are available, which saves squeezing everyone into a standard double. Add the evening entertainment and most days fill themselves.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Reception is staffed 24 hours, so a late-night arrival is no problem. If you land before your room is ready, you can change and head straight for the pool or beach while reception holds your luggage. The same works on your last day if your flight is in the evening.
Is the spa included in the all-inclusive rate?
No — the spa is charged separately, so it isn't part of the ultra all-inclusive band, and massage treatments are an on-site extra. The sauna and hammam are part of the same wellness area; check at the desk which of them carry a charge, since spa pricing here is kept apart from the all-inclusive rate.
