Why we love it
The setting
Delphin Imperial is on the Mediterranean coast, about 15 km from the centre of Antalya and 10 km from the airport, making it easy to get here even after a long flight. The hotel is a nine-story building with ten panoramic elevators connecting the individual floors. Lara Beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel grounds, with the Kundu resort area stretching out on either side of it. The hotel’s layout is convenient for guests travelling with children, guests travelling with parents, and mixed groups consisting of both. Since the front desk is open 24 hours a day, both late check-in and early check-out are possible.
What to expect
Nine restaurants offer a wide selection of international, Asian, Greek, Italian, and French cuisine. In addition, there is a bar, a bowling alley, and a movie theatre, which can be used for indoor entertainment in the evenings. Outdoors, the main attraction is the water park; there are also indoor and outdoor pools for adults and children. In addition to a fitness centre, saunas, there is a Turkish bath, where you can unwind at the end of the day. Since there are also shops on the complex’s grounds, you’ll hardly ever have to leave unless you have specific errands to run.
Things to do nearby
Akkapark Shopping Mall, located right next to the hotel, you can shop in air-conditioned stores or grab a bite to eat. Since Lara Beach is within walking distance, you can easily go for a swim in the morning or take a stroll at sunset. If your children want to spend half a day away from the pool, the hotel recommends visiting the nearby Aksu Dolphinarium. To buy souvenirs and Turkish de sweets and stroll through the popular night market, you can visit the nearby Kundu Bazaar. The centre of Antalya and the airport are also just a few minutes’ drive away via the coastal road.
Best for
Families travelling with children of mixed ages, thanks to the water park, kids' pool, playroom, playground and kids' club. Couples who want a full-service five-star with restaurants and a spa circuit on site will find plenty to fill six nights without straying far.
How to get to the hotel
Since Antalya Airport is only 10 km away, the trip doesn’t take long: by car or taxi along the coastal highway, the journey usually takes about 15–20 minutes. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and the 24-hour front desk is ready to welcome guests even late at night.

A week, loosely planned
Suggestions, not orders. Tour ideas to mix and match for your trip.
Arrival and first swim
Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, you’ll drive a short distance along the coast. After checking in at the hotel, you’ll explore the nine restaurants and the poolside terrace, and then relax on a lounge chair for about an hour. Take a walk to Lara Beach, enjoy your first swim in the Mediterranean Sea, and then have an early dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants. In the evening, leisurely sip a glass of wine at the bar, and then turn in early.
Water park day
Spend the whole day at the water park on the resort grounds. Start early, before the lines get long, enjoy one slide after another, and take a break for lunch at the poolside restaurant. In the afternoon, take a break from the slides and relax in the outdoor pool for adults or on a quiet lounge chair in the shade. When it cools down a bit in the evening, take a stroll to the Akka Park shopping centre, enjoy a leisurely shopping trip while treating yourself to some ice cream, and then wrap up the day with dinner at an Italian or Greek restaurant.
Beach and bazaar
Spend the morning at Lara Beach swimming and reading, and take breaks to head back to the hotel for a refreshing drink. After lunch, stroll over to Kundu Bazaar and enjoy a leisurely walk. There you’ll find popular items such as Turkish de sweets, ceramics, and leather goods. Haggle hard, sit down for a cup of tea if you need a break, and head back to the hotel as soon as the sun isn’t quite so hot. If you’d like to have dinner in a relaxed atmosphere, make a reservation at a French restaurant.
Antalya old town
Take a day trip by taxi or shuttle bus to Antalya, located 15 km from the hotel. Stroll through the streets of Kaleiç, admire the view of the harbour, and enjoy a cozy lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view. Stroll through the bazaar, grab a coffee, head back to the hotel in the late afternoon, and catch a swim before sunset. After dinner, if the kids still have energy, you can go bowling or relax at the movie theatre.
Dolphins and downtime
Walk over to Aksu Dolphinarium in the morning for a show, which usually keeps younger travellers happy for a couple of hours. Back at the hotel, book the Turkish bath and sauna for the afternoon — go through the steam, the scrub and the rinse properly, then rest by the indoor pool. Dinner at the oriental restaurant rounds it off, with a last drink at one of the bars.
Beach mornings and Antalya's old town
Start by spending a relaxing morning on Lara Beach, and depending on your mood, head from your lounge chair to the pool. In the afternoon, consider taking a tour of Antalya and strolling along the harbour, past Hadrian's Gate, and through the narrow streets of the old town of Kaleiçi with its shady tea houses. If you want to enjoy more spectacular scenery, head to the Düden Waterfalls, which are just a few minutes' drive away. The water from the waterfalls flows directly into the sea. Return to the resort in time for dinner.
Slow last day
Use the most of your last full day to enjoy everything you haven’t had a chance to do yet. Visit the water park one more time, relax on the beach, or spend a quiet morning by the outdoor pool reading a book. After enjoying a hearty lunch at an international restaurant, take your time packing your bags. Late in the afternoon, take one last stroll along Lara Beach and watch the light change on the surface of the sea. For your final dinner, choose your favourite restaurant.

FAQ
Is the hotel suitable for children?
Yes. For children, there is a playroom, an outdoor playground, a separate pool, a kids’ club, and children’s TV channels that can be watched in the rooms. The water park, on the resort grounds, is the main attraction for older children, and the resort itself is designed so that all the amenities for a family vacation are close to one another.
When is the best time to visit?
July, when you’re planning your vacation, is peak season on the Antalya coast. At this time of year, long, hot, and dry days are the norm, with temperatures ranging from the low to mid-30s, but the water is also pleasantly warm, making it the perfect time to enjoy the beach or the pool. Don’t forget to pack sunscreen, and the hotel recommends planning your visit to the water park for the cooler morning hours.
What's the meal arrangement on this booking?
This price includes all-inclusive stay. Since the hotel features nine restaurants serving international, Asian, Greek, Italian, and French cuisine, as well as several bars, you can, if you wish, enjoy a meal right at the hotel without having to leave the premises.
What is there to do on site beyond the pools?
The hotel features a water park, a fitness centre, a sauna, and a Turkish bath, as well as a bowling alley and a movie theatre for a relaxing evening. Shops on the hotel grounds sell everyday necessities, and the 1,560-square-metre conference halls host a variety of events. Ten panoramic elevators transport guests between the nine floors.
