This hotel is ideal for solo travellers, couples, and business travellers departing from CitizenM Schiphol Airport early in the morning or late at night. The rooms feature a centre-aligned XL king-size bed and are designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults, so they are less suitable for families with children who need an extra bed. Since the hotel also features conference rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi al, it is a convenient choice for short business trips.

Amsterdam has a mild oceanic climate. From late spring through summer, it’s warmest here and the days are longest; the canals are bustling with activity, while fall is cool and often rainy. Winters are cool, the sky is often overcast, and there are occasional frosts, but the city becomes quieter and the lines at museums are shorter. Since it can rain in any month, it’s a good idea to carry a jacket with you year-round.

Central Amsterdam is about 15 to 20 minutes by train from Schiphol. The museum quarter, with the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum, is roughly 10 kilometres from the hotel.
